“Philip Dancey brought his business to Davies Mayers Barnett in 2008. Following our appointment a number of key business issues came to light.

Guidance was required on various remuneration based matters, particularly surrounding an Employee Benefit Trust that had been established. Davies Mayers Barnett also advised the Directors on restructuring of the company’s property portfolio, as part of a strategic review.

In addition to the higher level advice, general advice has also been provided for Woodward & Co on routine matters that affect most businesses e.g. remuneration strategies and VAT.

As well as providing advisory support, we carry out the annual audit, corporation tax return and personal tax returns for all the shareholders.
