1.3 For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998, the data controller is the LLP.
2. The information the LLP collects and how the LLP uses it
2.1 When you visit the Website or send the LLP an e-mail via the Website, the LLP may collect information including your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number and such other relevant information which you disclose to the LLP. 5.1 If the LLP and/or part of its business is sold or integrated with another business, your details may be disclosed to the LLP's advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers, and will be passed on to the new owners of the LLP.
